Terms for Return and Refund

The products falling under the category Carrom Board or Any Carrom Board falling under Best Combo Pack are Non Refundable. Return and Replacement option is also not available with above mentioned products. In case product is faulty or there is any damage during transit we will review the product and make the replacement. Final decision will be of Strike and Pocket whether to give replacement or not.

All products falling under category Striker and it's Sub Category Come Under Easy Return and Replacement Policy. Return and Replacement request should be initiate within the 10 days from the day of delivery.

All products falling under category Carrommen Come Under Easy Return and Replacement Policy. Return and Replacement request should be initiate within the 10 days from the day of delivery.

All products falling under category Stand Come Under Easy Return and Replacement Policy. Return and Replacement request should be initiate within the 10 days from the day of delivery.

All products falling under category Lampstand Come Under Easy Return and Replacement Policy. Return and Replacement request should be initiate within the 10 days from the day of delivery.

Any products falling under category Powder or any Powder product falling under Best Combo Pack are Non Refundable. Return and Replacement is not available for the same in any case.

All products falling under category Other Accessories Come Under Easy Return and Replacement Policy. Return and Replacement request should be initiate within the 10 days from the day of delivery.

Any products like T-Shirt, Track Suit or Bags Comes Under Easy Return and Replacement Policy. Return and Replacement request should be initiate within the 10 days from the day of delivery.

Any shipping charge levied during Return or Replacement of Product Transit will be born by Strike and Pocket.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount which would be same as received from the online Payment Gateway Partners. Any deduction done before we receive the payment would be borne by the customer. All payments received for products or services purchased from us are covered under the Razorpay Refund Policy or either Paypal Refund Policy. A valid physical or online receipt should be available at the time of requesting for a refund. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Strike and Pocket has full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Strike and Pocket and accept decision of Strike and Pocket regarding the cancellation.
