What are the delivery charges?
There are different delivery charges for different product bought from our site. The delivery / shipping charges are based on weight of the products, delivery location and few other aspects.
Our Shipping Policies
1] We Ship in all parts of India as well as Internationally but Strike and Pocket has full right to decide whether to ship or not the product in specific location.
2] Delivery is made via third party courier partners.
3] All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed at time of delivery.
4] Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
5] As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery timings.
6] If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
7] If you are not home at the time of delivery and courier company have to wait for some days for delivery of product you understand that additional delivery charges may apply.
8] Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
9] Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 7-10 days for delivery within India. International shipping may take 15-30 days for delivery.
Are there any hidden charges on the products purchased on our site?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on our site. List product prices are final and all-inclusive except delivery / shipping charges. An additional delivery / shipping charges are shown at checkout page. The price you see on the checkout page is exactly what you would pay.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each service provider?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery sometime. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. In case of any delays due to unpredictable conditions our courier partners will intimate you and we expect the customer to understand the situation and cooperate with us for faster resolution of the issue.
Service Provider does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
There is a possibility that our courier partner's are unable to deliver at specific location. In this case, you need to contact our customer care and explain them the situation. Based on the case, we will discuss with the courier partner's for the delivery or may refund the deducted amount in 21 business days.
Is the COD option available?
Right now COD is not available. We are working on the same we will update as soon as it is available.
Do we deliver internationally?
We Ship in all parts of India as well as Internationally but Strike and Pocket has full right to decide whether to ship or not the product in specific location.You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit card, debit cards, UPI, Payment Wallets or any other payment mode listed in our website.
